Small business week begins in Port Aux Basques from October 21 to the 25th, we are excited to see may new faces involved.  Here in the first day of the event we had the following happen;

From noon until one there was a complimentary lunch offered at the Bruce II Sports Complex, with in the lunch various speakers spoke to the nature of small businesses in Port Aux Basques and prospects for the future.

Once the lunch began the Community Business Development Corporation (CBDC), took to the floor to give some fantastic presentations on some up and coming businesses as well as prospects to expand in the current markets in Port Aux Basques.

From 6 until 8pm with some Fantastic finger foods available to the public the Chamber Open House began, with it various changes in best business precises were addressed. with all the information being delivered in this meeting, it seems like this will be a great year to be a small business owner!
